# Job Positions

This manual serves as a clear guide for working with the job position management module. Users will learn how to create new job positions, edit existing records, delete unnecessary items, and create their copies.

## Creating a record

After clicking the **“New”** button, a dialog window will open in which you can enter all the necessary information to create a new job position.

After filling in the information and confirming by selecting **“Save”**, the new position will be automatically added to the list.

## Editing the record

You can access the editing mode:

1.  By clicking on the record name

2.  Open the context menu with the right mouse button and select the edit option

## Deleting a record

A record can be deleted in 2 ways:

1.  Select the record and click the delete button

2.  Open the context menu with the right mouse button and select the delete option

> **Warning:** Warning: Only positions that are not assigned to an organizational structure can be deleted.

## Record Copy

You can access the copy by opening the context menu and selecting the “Copy” option; the position name and abbreviation are always duplicated.
