This manual is intended for administrators and human resources specialists who manage education reference data.
Locations (Training Locations)
This manual serves as a guide to the Locations agenda – a reference list of training locations, that is, places (address and capacity) where training sessions are held. A location is then selected in the training form. It also determines the default capacity of participants for a scheduled date.
You will find the agenda in the left menu under the Education group (Administration) under the item Locations.
Creating and Editing a Location
You can create a new location using the New button. The form contains:
• Active – checkbox; a new location is active by default.
• Name
• Capacity – maximum number of participants (integer 1–9999).
• Street, House Number, City, Postal Code – location address.
• Note – multiline text.
Actions
• New / Copy
• Edit – also by clicking on the name (depending on permissions).
• Delete – individually or in bulk, with confirmation.
• Print / Export – according to permissions.
